Anyone can subscribe to the AVIEN system subject to acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

We have representatives of nearly all the major Anti-Malware vendors as subscribers, as well as top industry experts and some of the world's largest corporations and more are always welcome.

When you join AVIEN, your subscription to the service starts on the day payment is received, and continues for one year. Each subscription is good for two people within your organisation, if you wish to subscribe more than two contacts, you must use additional forms. Please remember that each of the two email addresses you provide should only go to one person, not an exploder address or group mailbox.
If you wish to subscribe a large group (10 or more people) please contact us as we have group rates available.

To subscribe to AVIEWS, please fill out and FAX in the PDF order form. (Nothing you enter in this PDF form is stored on this site - you must print it out once you've filled it in and fax it to ByteMatrix Ltd., the hosting company.)
Currently, we cannot process online orders, as your acceptance of the terms and conditions requires a signature. The PDF form has live fields that you can fill on your PC if you use Adobe Acrobat Reader - just click on the yellow areas to activate, you can then print this form directly.

We strongly encourage you to use PayPal to pay for your subscription, to ensure the fastest processing. You don't need to be a PayPal member to pay via this method as long as you have a Credit Card.
All Credit Card payments should be by PayPal. We can, if necessary invoice your company and provide the option for other payment methods. Please see the form for details, and note that some options (such as bank transfer) may incur an extra administration fee.

Please note that an extra charge is payable for payments made by bank transfer due to the handling charges exacted by the bank. There may also be a small fee for payments made by non GBP currency cheque. Payments by bank transfer or foreign currency cheque - select the correct option on the PDF form.

Renewals

A 5% late fee may be charged if payment is past 30 days from invoice date. access may be suspended if past 40 days or if you fail to respond in a timely manner to renewal notices past expiry date.
